How to Solve Blogger.com Glitches!
These glitches will appear if you are using browsers like Chrome and Edge on a desktop. A while ago these Chromium-based browsers got a new update. Unfortunately, the update created glitches on Blogger.com, causing these annoyances.
According to irsah, a Blogger Product Expert, these glitches are likely caused by the click action/trigger issues with the editor UI, somehow Chrome or web browser updates may have broken them.

But, if you are blogging through your mobile device or using browser like Firefox, thankfully, you won't encounter these glitches!
So, the solution is simple: just use a browser like Firefox or use your mobile device until Blogger's developers fix these issues!
However, if you keep insisting on using a Chromium-based browser on your desktop, there are some ways to bypass the glitches.
For image size glitch, you should try to exit the text editor, and make sure that the image has been saved as a draft. Then, return to the editor and try to resize it again. If it's not working try to repeat the process, getting in and out of the editor, several times. Alternatively, you just need to resize the image manually by dragging the corner of the image, but it may not be precise.
For link glitches, you simply just have to delete the duplicated text that doesn't have the link.
I personally think that you should use Firefox for the time being!

When Will Google Fix Blogger.com?
Fortunately, Blogger's Product Experts are already aware of these issues. While they are not Google employees, only volunteers, they have access to alert the developers directly.
Daniel Abel, another Blogger Product Expert, has personally reported the problem. So, I believe that Blogger developers have been made aware of the glitches.
Will they fix it soon? That I am not sure. From what I understand, the glitches started to appear when there was a new update on Chrome and Chromium-based browsers, like Edge. So, the problem is related to the browsers, making Blogger's text editor glitchy.
The next Chromium and Blogger.com update may resolve the issue. So all we can do now is wait!
